How do I join the Harvest Circle?
Simply place an order with Olive Oil Lovers. You’ll be automatically enrolled and begin earning loyalty credit immediately—even on your first order.
Do I need to create an account?
You do not need to create an account to earn loyalty credit. However, creating an account and signing in makes it easier to view and redeem your available credit directly at checkout.
How much loyalty credit do I earn?
You earn 5% loyalty credit on every eligible purchase. For example, a $100 order earns $5 in loyalty credit toward a future purchase.
When is loyalty credit added to my account?
Loyalty credit is added to your account immediately after your order has been processed.
Do I need to reach a minimum balance before redeeming?
No. There is no point threshold or minimum balance required. Your loyalty credit can be used as soon as it appears in your account.
How do I redeem my loyalty credit?
There are two ways to redeem your loyalty credit:
IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT, sign in before (or at) checkout. Once you reach the payment screen, look for the Apply Store Credit button and apply your available credit to your order.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT or are not signed in, you can redeem your credit using your personal loyalty code. This code is emailed to you after your first order and is also included in our email communications.
Why don’t I see the Apply Store Credit button?
The Apply Store Credit button only appears when you have an account and are signed in at checkout. If you are not signed in, use your personal loyalty code instead.
Where can I find my personal loyalty code?
Your personal loyalty code is emailed to you after your first order. We also include it in our email communications, so you can easily find and use it on a future purchase. If you ever lose your code or have trouble finding it, you can reach out to our support team at any time and we’ll be happy to help.
Does loyalty credit expire?
Yes. Each credit added to your account expires 1 year after it is issued.
Can I earn loyalty credit on my first order?
Yes. You begin earning loyalty credit immediately, including on your first order.
Are there other ways to earn rewards?
At this time, purchases are the primary way to earn loyalty credit. We may occasionally offer special promotion periods with bonus credit opportunities.
