Another great olive oil from Olive Oil Lovers

"Beautiful olive oil, incredibly fresh with great olive fruit and just a touch of pepper on the finish. It is great for finishing because it does not overpower any dish it is added to. Another great product from Olive Oil Lovers, I'm so glad I found them"

Frantoi Cutrera Nocellara del Belice IGP Sicilia

"The flavor is amazingly fresh! We had used this on salad, fresh pasta making, pan cooked veggies, toasted sour dough bread with bruschetta, home made bruschetta, and in hummus. It’s such a wonderful versatile flavor! The olives are perfect and take on other flavors well, but also delicious as the lead flavor! A new favorite for sure!"

Amazing Olive Oil!!!

"I had this olive oil in Sicily in November and I couldn’t stop thinking about it when I got home. I searched high and low to find some. I ordered a bottle from a different company and the flavor was fine, but sort of dull compared to how I remembered it. I decided to try this one and it is UNBELIEVABLE. Even better than I remembered it tasting. I will be a lifelong customer! Also, the shipping time and packaging was next level, very impressive."

Sicilian Magic

"When I began to get into high end olive oil I thought, why don't I see oils made from Castelvetrano (my favorite olive)? So, I asked the great staff at Olive Oil Lovers and they educated me on that Castelvetrano is Nocellara del Belice, and they recommended this bottle. I adore this oil. It makes almost anything you put on it delicious. It has a wonderful mouthfeel, a richness. I find it a little mysterious because I can't explain why it's so enjoyable. I prefer stronger oils and this is medium bodied. I've come to respect Frantoi Cutrera and am currently enjoying their 2025 Novello. When I make a visit to Sicily I hope to tour them. If it's a good idea it would be great for Frantoi Cutrera to make a Novello from Nocellara del Belice. My bottle came with a packet of dried Sicilian oregano and salt which has a vivid flavor falling between fresh and the dry herb I'm used to."

I wanted to start getting

"I wanted to start getting to know Sicilian oils, so I tried the Nocellara del Belice variety. It could not have been a better choice. Medium weight with gold highlights, this oil entices at the open with green herbs. The middle is smooth, but then the oil finishes with a persistent bitterness. This is a great oil to balance pasta dishes with flavorful sauces. Thank you olive Oil Lovers for the opportunity!"

"Very nice taste with a mild flavor and a little kick a the back of your throat when you swallow."

"I am a loyal customer for many years , this oil is by far the best one l’ve tasted nutty and fruity flavors wonderful to the palate would recommend this oil to everyone George"

Nocellara del Belice

"This varietal should be on every “olive oil lover’s” shelf. Like many mono cultivars, this is not an everyday cooking oil, but should be enjoyed either on it’s own (I love to just sip it), or with minimal interference, such as a rustic bread, etc. Some of the flavors are nuanced and subtle with a complex unfolding on the palate: Pepper, Grass, Floral, Clove… Medium / robust intensity. Very pleased with this one!"

James B. (5/5)

This is the one

"The best, most pure tasting olive oil we've had yet!"

Q&A

MADE FOR YOU BY

Frantoi Cutrera

For generations the Cutrera family has been dedicating their lives to the cultivation of olive trees and olive oil production, a profession carried on for decades with passion and love that binds the family to its land. The company's origins date back more than a century ago to 1906, when the Cutrera family first began to cultivate and care for their olive trees in Chiaramonte Gulfi, a small town in southeastern Sicily.

In 1979 Giovanni Cutrera, the head of the family, founded the company's first mill with the help of his wife, Mary. Over the years Giovanni's children, Maria, Giusy and Salvatore, joined their Dad on his farm, and in 1999 decided to open a second mill. The Cutrera family pays diligent attention to each stage of olive oil production: harvesting the olives by hand to minimize damage, transporting the olives to the mill within 6 hours, and cold-extracting the oil with scrupulous attention. By maintaining a balance between tradition and innovation, Frantoi Cutrera continues the legacy that the farm's members have been putting into practice for over a century.
