A Rustic Italian Antipasto

These whole artichoke hearts are grown in Lazio on the Quattrociocchi estate, where they are carefully selected for their quality and flavor.

After grilling, they are preserved in Quattrociocchi's signature extra virgin olive oil along with a blend of spices that enhances their natural character.

The result is a flavorful antipasto with tender texture and authentic Italian appeal.

Excellent served as an appetizer, added to bruschetta, layered onto pizzas, or incorporated into Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

Always great

"Hard to eat just one at a time. . . . . . . that is, one bottle at a time!"

Nick M. (5/5)

These are very tasty but

"These are very tasty but I prefer the DeCarlo Grilled Artichokes you sell, they are more flavorful and a bit more tender. Both are very good though! I love to use them with slim eggplant, fresh and dried tomatoes, garlic and the oil from the artichoke jars, add some left over salmon and serve with pasta or rice, very good!"

LINDA W. (4/5)

Another addicting product

"Amazing taste sensation. Like the firmness of these hearts. And again, like all these products, we use the left over oil oil to marinade a steak."

Nick M. (5/5)

"Love this! I will be ordering more"

Very good product … put

"Very good product … put on pizza and linguine with little neck clams …. Wish the bottle was bigger … will buy again !!!"

Kathleen M. (5/5)

"A bit too tough"

Svetlana (3/5)

Yes. good

"Yes, good short of great. Dunno what I expected, something really special and great, I suppose. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing amiss with them. It's only that I was expecting something heavenly where just something a bit more pedestrian was delivered. Still, they were good. In short, I'd eat 'em again even while perfectly content doing without."

Fred M. (4/5)

A fine product. Delicious olive

"A fine product. Delicious olive oil in a nicely balanced brine. This is the key ingredient in our artichoke, rice salad. It has raised the quality of the dish a couple of notches because of it’s quality compared with domestic products of the same type."

Ernest K. (5/5)

Very tasty..

"Excellent flavor with no chewy leaves!"

MADE FOR YOU BY

Quattrociocchi

Since 1888 the Quattrociocchi family has been dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees, handing down the tradition and passion generation after generation. The farm, still the residence of the Quattrociocchi family, is situated among organic olive groves on the sunny hills of Alatri in the heart of Ciociaria.

Today the Quattrociocchi family produces some of the best extra virgin olive oils on the worldwide market, gaining international recognition and receiving prestigious awards such as the Hercules OLIVARO, the International Prize BIOL, and featured in the Hall of Fame by the editors of Marco Oreggia's 2025 Flos Olei guidebook with a Top Farm score of 100/100.
